Single Spotlight: Matt Caldwell – I’d Like To Know

New Single Banner NEWWWMatt Caldwell makes our single spotlight for a 2nd time this year with his new single “I’d Like to Know”. Moving from #58 to #52 this week on the Texas Regional Radio Report, the single added 39 spins! Written by Caldwell, Wes Hightower, and Jimmy Ritchey, Caldwell told us “The song was based on the old cliche of picking up a girl at a bar”. While the premise may be cliché, Caldwell does a good job of creating an original and relevant track.

This song stood out to Texas Music Pickers, due to its fun nature and the song’s mccatchy concept. Caldwell’s deep, traditional sound paired that with a southern guitar licks and dance hall lyrics make this one a surefire hit! It’s a song that’s great for the radio AND for performances!

This release comes on the heels of “Drink Another” which is also off of Caldwell’s latest album “What Cowboys Do”. “Drink Another” charted as high as #16, but we think this one is going further! We expect to see it inside the top 10 towards the end of the year. Help us push this one up the charts by requesting in on your local and online radio stations.
